The above posting from GothicGirl forums was sent to PAN by a supporter
(Panzer). Apparently Panzer had sought to highlight several important issues
that affect ALL occultists such as Clergy Abuse, The SRAM, possible terrorist
threats against minorities (surf:

matters that many pagans are woefully unaware and ignorant of.
Ironically, the thread for the above posting was called:

Sadly, numerous pagans will be kept in the dark thanks to this type of so-called
‘Moderation.’
It appears that the ‘Moderator’on this forum (affectionately known as ‘Kaylin’)
decided, in her wisdom (or should we say ignorance?) that Panzer was
simply ‘Christian-Bashing,’ ergo she felt compelled to get most abusive and kill
off his postings (like good moderators do you will understand!)
Panzer, who informed us that he was understandably 'outraged' by such
undemocratic censorship, responded with the following, which was apparently deleted by the censors on GothicGirl forum:

How wonderful and beneficial to the pagan cause this truly is! Where do these
'I-like-the-style-so-I'm-a-Pagan' bozos really get off?
Sadly the net is full of thoughtless plastic pagans who are apparently
more interested in displaying their own personal images online than ever doing a tap to help
the old faiths. Their sheer ignorance of the ongoing fundamentalist campaign to
outlaw paganism is legion. Their 'sort' of pseudo-occultism exists in TV shows
like Buffy the Vampire Slayer and they are as near to the Goddess current as a camel is to water.
PAN & SAFF met similar outrageous stupidity during the height of SRAM some
years ago from so-called 'leading' pagan organisations that were in fact doing
virtually nothing to represent their members rights in a proper and
effective fashion. Today we are seeing the very same type of
stylist idiots get into positions of power on the internet and the damage they
can do is enormous.
Not only do they stand by and permit the fundies to suppress us, they actively
'encourage' others to do the same thing via their stifling apathy, stupidity and
intransigence. They have no knowledge or concern for what went on before they
arrived on the scene. They care nothing for the back-breaking years of graft
that psychic freedom fighters in PAN and SAFF put in to quash all
evangelically-inspired SRAM cases aimed at paganism, 'their' newly acquired
faith system. Their motto seems to be: 'I'm alright Jack -so sod the rest of
you!' And their BIGGEST mistake is that they actually feel 'safe' in their
cosy little world of ignorance - unaware that the awesomely well -financed Fundie
Machine is
spending literally 'billions' each year worldwide on the downfall of their
personal beliefs.
Church-based oppression of occultism and free thought happened in increasing cycles throughout the depths of history; it happened again in the 1980/90s and it 'can' happen again - whenever Xtian fundamentalism sees fit to launch yet another socially destructive SRAM campaign on the global masses. Still, like they say: Ignorance is bliss!
Ever wonder WHY so many forum 'Pagans' are so very expert
in biblical scripture and Church authority?
Unfortunately now, many self-righteous little upstart moderators are getting
their sick power kicks from throwing their weight about on what ‘should’ be
free-minded and liberal-thinking pagan discussion sites.
However, things are frequently not as straight forward they seem. Such internet censors (who are not in reality interested in any type of so-called fair ‘moderation’) are often in fact Christian fundamentalist moles, cleverly set in place to defend Church writ with great verve, expertise and ferocity whilst pretending to be free-wheeling occultists, intend on delivering fair play for all. They will NOT permit any individual to voice concern about any aspect of Christian belief, doctrine or fanatical historical/contemporary behaviour.
IF AN INDIVIDUAL FREETHINKER GETS TOO 'CLOSE TO THE TRUTH' HE/SHE WILL EITHER DISCOVER THAT THE THREAD IN QUESTION IS IMMEDIATELY CLOSED/DELETED OR HE/SHE WILL BE EXPELLED FROM SUCH 'PAGAN' FORUMS WITHOUT ANY FAIR RIGHT TO REPLY!

One or two self-obsessed plastic pagan swell-heads are of course largely
insignificant and PAN realises that there will always be such egotistical
ignoramuses seeking to crawl a little higher than others – this in itself is
really of slight concern and no feasible problem. However, and it is a ‘big’
however, if you multiply the number of such censors by hundreds, thousands or
even hundreds of thousands you have a real problem, which is the DEATH OF
FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION, LIBERTY AND FREE SPEECH.
And who benefits from this dirty little situation? Well yes, it doesn’t take an
Einstein to realise the great boost this gives the Fundie Machine in
their ongoing and aggressive mission to the New Age! Plastic pagan moderators
kill all criticism of Church dogma and fundamentalism get a free hand into our pagan pie!
Again shades of Nazi Germany when we recall how eager to please some
over-zealous Jewish Police officers (in Warsaw Ghetto etc ) were in keeping
order for their fascist masters against their 'own' people.
Browbeating operational tactics of suppression against dissenters are evident when we consider
the vulgar little quip against Panzer, which apparently says a lot for the ‘skills’ of

The childish and uncalled for taunt “retarded @ss” shows the method of
delivery (bait & abuse) common to such internet censors. Of course, it’s up to Panzer
to decide whether or not he has been 'libelled' by this foolish person herein.
Claiming that someone is "retarded" (i.e. suffering from a congenital mental
condition) is both stupid and most defamatory and can often result in costly
litigation cases. We wonder if GothicGirl site is insured for such events as
they would clearly be implicated if they permit any libellous content
(especially presented by their own moderators) to remain on their site?
Mother hen, Kaylin mentions that there is a forum set aside for “religious
debate”. What she seemingly fails to tell readers is that it is ONLY the
sort of debate which she personally approves of, (i.e. ones which are ‘never’ critical in
any way of any aspect of fundamentalist Christianity.) Kaylin apparently likes to have the last word and immediately closes threads
which are becoming too ‘close’ for comfort, as do all sanctimonious censors.
Any freethinker who seeks to fair-mindedly inform his/her fellow pagan
brothers/sisters about this situation on these sort of bully-boy forums will
apparently be first
insulted, as a means to goad them into saying something defensively (yet quite
understandably) uncouth, so that they can then be branded as a ‘fanatic’ then
finally accused of ‘Christian bashing’ and finally expelled from the forum as
some type of
troublemaker.
PAN has been approached by an ever increasing number of incensed pagans and
occultists who are exasperated about this type of growing fundie infiltration
and weak-kneed pagan censorship into what are ‘supposed’ to be forward-thinking, occult-based
internet forums.

PAN strongly urges all sincere pagans/occultists to make themselves aware of
this disgusting situation and seek in any way possible to bypass the tyrannical
and highly undemocratic
conduct of these pretend-pagan, Church-supportive moderators.
The internet is a brilliant learning tool yet it is also a great way for covert Xtian fundamentalists to pursue their one-sided religious agendas. By censoring any dissent against Church writ on 'supposedly' occultist sites they naturally kill off any perceived threat to their missionary agenda. And the saddest thing is that there are of course some ‘genuine’ Pagan/occultist moderators who have also sadly fallen into the same mind trap and are towing the fundie line by their crass ignorance of the situation. Their infantile desire to be liked/popular and the need to 'conform' to others is NOT the wisest option, for within this blind conformity lies prejudice, deceit and the death of free will.
Such self-seeking conformity virtually always ends in personal disaster. To sacrifice one's instinctive natural ability to discern a straight con, like Christo/pagan interfaith (which is just an old tried and tested Church ruse to slip in wholesale missionary conversion by the back door), to gain a new circle of friendship is a grave mistake.
These 'friends' may seemingly promote a 'Love-Will-Conquer-All' pseudo Xtian philosophy and berate others who fail to share their white-light world view. They will bleat: "Why can't we all live together in peace and harmony with ALL other faiths?"
Ah yes, it would be lovely if such a dream could become reality yet the TRUTH is somewhat different!
Why?
The Fundie Machine relies on this type of naive, happy clappy mind set to implement its exclusive (Jesus-Only) theocracy on the rest of the globe. What these 'Here-today-gone-tomorrow,' plastic pagan, white light fools (who frequently end up back in church, after they have done enough damage) fail to realise is that they are in fact 'doing' the Church's work for it.
The Church has no desire to share its antediluvian theocratic monopoly on the minds, hearts and souls of the masses with PAGANS, people that it doctrinally perceives as EVIL OR MISGUIDED DEVIL WORSHIPPERS - EVER!
Its ongoing agenda is to CONVERT OR SUPPRESS all religions, which it sees as nothing but competition at best or Satanically-inspired rivals at worst.
History fully supports this fact and 'nothing' has changed today!

There will always be more followers than leaders and the Christo/pagan interfaith lobby know this well. The glitzy, media-friendly PF-type interfaith hype that wants to bring all pagans/occultists into intimately close contact with the Fundie Machine is a very real danger.
